  Hadn't seen this one before: from Channel 9, a 100-second introduction to Generics from Anders Hejlsberg: wish I'd had this when I'd been trying to wrap my head around them for the first time. A clear, concise, useful explanation. Could do without the constantly moving NYPD-blue style camera work, though...

  Had some students the other day debating the old chestnut about whether you should use WYSIWYG HTML editors or hand-code it all yourself. I've always felt the "Dreamweaver / GoLive / FrontPage (insert favourite HTML IDE here) creates lousy HTML" is a bit of a red herring. A bad web developer creates...
